This course focuses on Freshwater Ecology & Environmental Ethics.
Study the natural history of Lake Superior from ecological & social
perspectives, participate in various field research projects with
professionals, and discuss local environmental issues. The experiential
nature of this curriculum compels participants to apply the knowledge
and skills they have gained in the classroom to real life situations.
Eligibility:Students from high schools throughout Minnesota in grades 10 - 12.

Program Location:Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center, Finland, Minnesota (250 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul). Wolf Ridge is located on over 2000 acres of forested hills overlooking the shores of Lake Superior.

We have a van that picks up kids from the Twin Cities area for an additional fee. Pre-registration is required.
